Location Address: 115 John Street, Lowell, Massachusetts Boott Cotton Mills in Lowell, Massachusetts was constructed in 1835 and remained an operational factory until 1958. It was later added as part of the Lowell National Historical Park and converted to a museum in the late 1970's. Tourists and employees working at the old cotton mill report witnessing apparitions and shadowy figures, believed to be the spirits of former mill workers who were killed due to hazardous working conditions and inadequate safety precautions during the mill's early years. Others report feeling cold spots or feeling the presence of an unseen entity. #2 - Dr. An Wang Middle School

Location Address: 365 W. Meadow Road, Lowell, Massachusetts Students attending Dr. An Wang Middle School in Lowell, Massachusetts report witnessing apparitions and shadow figures, as well as the spirit of a shadowy man wearing a wide-brimmed hat who allegedly haunts the auditorium. Others report witnessing objects such as furniture and books being moved or thrown to the floor by an unseen entity, as well as feeling sudden cold spots, and feeling a strange presence. Custodians and other employees working at the school at night have also reported hearing the sounds of disembodied screams coming from vacant areas. Although the reason for the alleged paranormal activity at the Dr. An Wang Middle School remains unknown, some rumors claim that the location was built over the site of an ancient Native American burial ground. #3 - James S. Daley Middle School

Location Address: 150 Fleming Street, Lowell, Massachusetts The James S. Daley Middle School in Lowell, Massachusetts is said to be haunted by the spirit of a former teacher who allegedly passed away in one of the classrooms downstairs. Despite being unable to find proof of any teachers passing away at the location, students and employees at James S. Daley Middle School report witnessing strange paranormal activity, such as doors being opened and closed by an unseen entity, as well as elevators moving up and down by themselves. Others report feeling a strange presence in the basement area, as if being watched by someone or something. #4 - Lowell Memorial Auditorium

Location Address: 50 E. Merrimack Street, Lowell, Massachusetts Constructed in 1922, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts is rumored to be haunted by a mysterious, unidentified male spirit whose shadowy apparition is often seen by employees around closing time. Others report feeling a strange presence, or feeling as if being touched by an unseen entity. Although many visitors at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium have reported experiencing paranormal activity over the years, little else is known about these alleged hauntings. #5 - Lowell Transitional Living Center

Location Address: 193 Middlesex Street, Lowell, Massachusetts The Lowell Transitional Living Center is a nonprofit organization that offers housing and various other services for homeless men and women in Lowell, Massachusetts. It is said to be haunted by the spirit of a former employee who was stabbed in the neck, as well as other unidentified spirits who may have been previous residents. Employees working at the transitional living center report witnessing apparitions and shadow figures, as well as hearing the sounds of disembodied voices and whispers at night. Others report witnessing lights flickering and electronic devices such as televisions and radios turning on and off by themselves, as well as experiencing objects disappearing and then reappearing in strange places. Residents staying at the Lowell Transitional Living Center have also reported being woken in the middle of the night by an unseen entity shaking the bed.
