Location Address: Blithewood Avenue, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, 12504 Founded in 1860, Bard College is a private liberal arts college in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York. The Blithewood Mansion was constructed in 1900 by Captain Andrew C. Zabriski, and is said to be haunted by the spirit of one of his four daughters who died after falling from an upstairs window while staying in the Zabriski's New York City apartment. Ever since, students have reported encountering the spirit of a woman believed to be Captain Zabriski's deceased daughter, as well as feeling unexplained cold spots and drops in temperature. The Blithewood Mansion was incorporated as part of Bard College in 1951 as part of the Levy Economics Institute. #2 - Bennett College & School For Women

Location Address: 79 Bennett Common Way, Millbrook, New York, 12545 Bennett College & School For Women in Millbrook, New York was constructed in 1890 as a hotel and resort, and became Bennett School for Women in 1907. It was closed in 1978, and has been vacant ever since. The main building on campus, called Halcyon Hall, is said to be haunted by the spirits of several former students and faculty members who remain at the school for unknown reasons. Urban explorers report witnessing apparitions, as well as experiencing other paranormal activity, such as hearing disembodied voices and footsteps, and witnessing doors being slammed shut by an unseen entity. Others report feeling sudden cold spots, as well as feeling the presence of an unseen entity, and many also claim that a strange force exists that tries to prevent explorers from entering the basement and attic area. #3 - Canisius College

Location Address: 2001 Main Street, Buffalo, New York, 14208 Canisius College in Buffalo, New York was founded in 1870 by members of a Jesuit order called The Society of Jesus. In Christ the King Chapel it's said that disembodied voices are heard coming from empty areas, and members of the church report witnessing the apparition of an elderly man in the basement. Many students in Frisch Hall claim that the 5th floor is haunted by the spirit of a former student who committed suicide, and others in Lyon hall report encountering the spirit of a former nun, whose apparition is seen wandering the hallways at night. #4 - Concordia College

Location Address: 171 White Plains Road, Bronxville, New York, 10708 Constructed in 1909, students at Concordia College in Bronxville, New York report encountering apparitions and experiencing other unexplained paranormal phenomena in Bohm Hall, Feth Hall, Rippe Hall, and Sieker Hall. Sieker Hall is said to be haunted by the spirit of a former student who died of pneumonia, and Rippe Hall is said to be haunted by the spirit of a young girl who once lived on the property before Concordia College was established. Many students have reported witnessing apparitions in these locations, as well as experiencing other paranormal phenomena, such as unexplained cold spots, lights flickering, doors opening and closing by themselves, and feeling the presence of an unseen entity. #5 - Daemen College

Location Address: 4380 Main Street, Amherst, New York, 14226 Daemen College in Amherst, New York was established in 1847 by a Catholic charity group called the Sisters of St. Frances of Penance. Curtis Hall is said to be haunted by the spirits of two brothers who committed suicide while living in an old farmhouse that once occupied the location. Although these claims are unable to be validated, students and faculty members at Curtis Hall report hearing strange disembodied voices and footsteps, as well as feeling the presence of an unseen entity. #6 - Dutchess Community College

Location Address: 53 Pendell Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601 Bowne Hall at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York was constructed in 1913 as Nettie Bowne Tuberculosis Hospital. It is said to be haunted by the spirits of former patients who died painful deaths from tuberculosis and other diseases. Students at Bowne Hall report witnessing apparitions, as well as experiencing other paranormal activity, such as lights turning on and off by themselves, and feeling the presence of an unseen entity. Some paranormal investigators at this location have also reported capturing voices and other unexplained sounds on cameras and voice recorders. #7 - D'Youville College

Location Address: 320 Porter Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14201 D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York was originally constructed in 1874 as the Holy Angels Academy. Students at the Koessler Administration building report witnessing apparitions, and hearing disembodied footsteps, voices, and the sounds of children playing. The spirit of a young woman is also seen on the 3rd and 4th floor, and employees working in the old building late at night report experiencing a variety of other unexplained paranormal activity, such as lights flickering, disembodied voices, footsteps, and doors opening or closing by themselves. Although many witnesses have come forward with claims of encountering ghostly entities at D'Youville College, the reason for their presence is unknown.
