Brian Weaver from GhostQuest.net joins Ben and Caroline from Haunted Hearsay, located in the heart of Ireland to chat about ghost stories, folklore, and all things spooky!! We start off talking about ley lines and energy vortexes, and paranormal hotspots like the Alaska Triangle. Then, Ben and Caroline share some fascinating Irish history, like the origin of certain Irish names, and why people wear tartans. Ireland is famous for its haunted castles, Viking burial mounds, and so much more. We also talk about the Irish "Hellhole," where St. Patrick allegedly went to do battle with the devil. Then we talk about the dramatic increase in the number of ordained exorcists appointed by the Vatican in recent years, and the underground existence of Satanic cults operating in Ireland. We also discuss some other spooky topics, like the dark history of asylums and orphanages. And lastly, Ben tells us about the haunted house he lives in, which was formerly the home of one of Ireland's most radical and violent revolutionaries during the Irish Rebellion of 1916. If you have an interest in Irish Folklore, you definitely won't want to miss this one!!!

Brian Weaver from GhostQuest.net gives an hour-long Powerpoint presentation about some of America's most infamous haunted locations for Parapalooza 2020, an online Para-Convention hosted by the guys at The Truth About Beer And.... Learn about haunted houses like the Amityville Horror House, the Winchester Mystery House, and the LaLaurie Mansion. Then I go over some of some of America's most historic haunted places like the White House, The Alamo, and Gettysburg. I also talk about the haunted sites of several mass tragedies, such as the Hindenburg Disaster Site, the St. Valentine's Day Massacre Site, and even the 9/11 Memorial Site & Museum. Lastly, I go over some hotspots throughout the United States which are renowned for their increased reports of paranormal activity, such as the Alaska Triangle, the Bridgewater Triangle, and Skinwalker Ranch.. plus some popular urban legends, and more!! I also talk about some other spooky stuff, like how you can use GhostQuest.net to find and research haunted places near you, and how ghost stories can be used by different cultures to teach morals and instill values, or teach about the consequences of breaking cultural norms.
