News & Updates

First off, I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone reading this newsletter, and everyone who takes the time to share my posts and send me messages on social media! As you know, I do all of the writing, research, web development, video editing, and content creation myself, and I appreciate your support so much!

As some of you may know, things have been going a bit slower here at GhostQuest.net lately due to my recent shoulder surgery, but they're slowly getting back to normal. I just want to say again how thankful I am for my awesome network of followers and friends who have reached out to ask how I'm doing. You guys are the best!!!

Last month I was finally able to finish my Folklore & Haunted Locations Guide: Michigan page, which will soon begin going through the editing process, and being made into its own book. For now though, you can see my list of Michigan Ghost Stories for free by clicking here. Despite being a published author, my research will always be available for free on my website, but purchasing a copy of the eBook or Paperback is still a great way to show your support for my work!! Plus, my website doesn't have that "new book" smell to it that I personally love!!

I also sell signed copies of my books for just $11, which means you can get a signed copy for less than you would be able to get it on Amazon. The only drawback is that it takes a little longer to ship, but if anyone is interested feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to send you a personal copy!

So now that Michigan is finally finished, I'll be going through my Folklore & Haunted Locations Guide: Massachusetts page, and doing some final edits before turning that into a new book as well. Over the next few weeks I'll also be working on the cover art for the Massachusetts book, and making all the final edits and tweaks. As I mentioned in my previous few newsletters, I'm publishing all of these books and doing all the editing and cover art myself, which is a lot of work, but also offers me the freedom to go back later to make factual edits, additions, and corrections. I can't wait for you guys to check out my new book (or check it out for free Here on GhostQuest.net) and learn about some of the awesome, spooky haunted locations throughout the state of Massachusetts; from the Lizzie Borden House, to the Salem Witch Trials, to the Weeping Woman of Lovis Cove, I cover as much haunted ground as possible, and you will definitely want this book for your spooky collection. And even better, I'm hoping it will be available before Halloween!!

I'm also still looking for people who want to receive a FREE copy of my latest book, The Folklore & Haunted Locations Guide: New York in exchange for leaving me a quick, honest review on Amazon. If you're interested, just reach out on Social Media saying "I want to get a free copy of your new book," and I'll send you a free digital copy! As a newly beginning author who just published their first book, having reviews for my book helps me out so much!! I'd also like to say a huge THANK YOU to those who have signed up for the GhostQuest.net Book Review Club who have had the time to leave me a review for my book. I appreciate you guys so much!! And if you'd like to sign up to receive FREE copies of all my future book releases, you can Click Here to sign up for the GhostQuest.net Book Review Club!! If you do end up leaving me a review, send me a link or a screenshot so I can give you a special shoutout on social media, or at least say thanks!!

And don't forget, I've also been working on a Video Series on YouTube to go along with my new book, The Folklore & Haunted Locations Guide: New York!! If you like my books or my ghost stories, I know you'll love these spooky videos, narrated by me!! I try and release a new video every Saturday, but due to my recent injury things have been a bit less consistent.

So here's my latest YouTube Video for those who haven't checked it out yet about New York's Most Haunted Museums, which may just be my best, spookiest video yet!
I've also begun recording episodes for my YouTube Channel early, which I post for all my $1 Patreon Subscribers to enjoy a full week before everyone else! If you haven't checked out my Patreon Page, I have a bunch of other cool stuff on there too, like blog posts, polls, and more! Once I hit 20 subscribers I'll begin doing monthly contests and giveaways where you can win cool stuff, like books, tee shirts, event tickets, and other cool merchandise! My $5 patrons also get free copies of all my upcoming eBooks a full week before their release on Amazon, and for $10 you get free signed copies of all my upcoming paperback books as well!! To those of you guys who do support me on Patreon (all 4 of you!!) I just want to say a special THANK YOU for helping out, especially in these trying times! I work really hard to put out the amount of content I do on GhostQuest.net and your contribution towards my hosting and production costs help me out SO MUCH!

Over the last two months, the GhostQuest.net Link Exchange has also seen a huge overhaul, with over 30 new paranormal content creators being added to the exchange!! For those of you who don't know what the Link Exchange is, it's one of the biggest ways that GhostQuest.net gives back to the paranormal community by helping to promote other paranormal content creators, such as YouTubers, Bloggers, Authors, Investigators, and more!!

If you're a paranormal content creator and haven't checked out the Link Exchange yet, I highly recommend doing so!! If you'd like to be included, send me an email (ghostquest.usa@gmail.com) or reach out to me on Social Media with the name of your Blog, Website, or YouTube Channel, the webpage URL, and the thumbnail you'd like me to use, and that's it, I'll do the rest!!
