Employees working at Café Luna Catering in Cambridge, Massachusetts report witnessing shadow figures and other unidentified apparitions, as well as feeling the presence of an unseen entity, especially in the basement. The location was previously a coffee shop called Verna's Coffee & Donut Shop, which opened in 1951 and closed in 2016 due to financial issues. Previous employees at Verna's Coffee Shop have also reported experiencing paranormal activity, with many employees allegedly refusing to go into the basement alone.

Constructed during the 1800's as Emanuel Baptist Church, the Cambridgeport Baptist Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts is said to be haunted by the spirit of a woman named Ann Hopkins, who was allegedly burned at the stake for practicing witchcraft. According to legend, she placed a curse on the townsfolk with her final breath, saying, "the curse of fire shall be upon this spot forever!" In 1865, the Cambridgeport Baptist Church burned down in a mysterious fire, and in 1881 was devastated by fire again. According to an article published by The Boston Globe in March of 1881, townsfolk present during both fires reported hearing the sounds of disembodied moans and screams of agony that continued for weeks. Although skeptics at the time tried to debunk the paranormal activity at Cambridgeport Baptist Church, many claim that the vengeful spirit of Ann Hopkins still lingers at the location. Sometimes also referred to as "The Old Emanuel Baptist Church."

Also known as CRLS or simply Rindge School, the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School in Cambridge, Massachusetts was formed in 1977 with the merging of Rindge Technical School and Cambridge High & Latin School. It is said to be haunted by the spirit of an elderly man, whose apparition is seen by students in the area near the school's World War II memorial. Others report feeling unexplained cold spots and sudden drops in temperature, as well as feeling the presence of an unseen entity in certain areas. The Cambridge YMCA in Cambridge, Massachusetts is said to be haunted by the spirit of a man who passed away under mysterious circumstances in the old locker rooms downstairs. His ghost is now said to haunt the basement area where the locker rooms were once located. YMCA members report witnessing the apparition of a man in the basement who appears to be glowing bright green, while others exercising in the basement area report feeling a strange presence, as if an unseen entity is lurking just beyond sight. Although many have allegedly encountered the man's apparition, very little additional information is currently available regarding this alleged haunting.

Constructed in 1761, Christ Church Cambridge in Cambridge, Massachusetts was used during the American Revolutionary War as an outpost for British soldiers. It was attacked several times by Colonial militia troops, and is said to be haunted by the spirit of a former British soldier who was killed in a skirmish with Patriot forces and buried beneath the church. His restless spirit is allegedly seen by churchgoers wandering the pews, still performing his duties as a soldier. Christ Church Cambridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1966.

Constructed by Dr. Richard Hooper in 1685, the Hooper-Lee-Nichols House is renowned as being one of the oldest houses in the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts. It was purchased by a British loyalist named Judge Joseph Lee in 1758, and is said to be haunted by the spirits of five Hessian soldiers who were employed by the British army. Although many guests at the Hooper-Lee-Nichols House have reported witnessing the apparitions of the five soldiers playing cards, the reason for their presence is unknown. The Hooper-Lee-Nichols House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 and now serves as the headquarters for the Cambridge Historical Society.

It was founded in 1791 and is often associated with Yale's secretive Skull & Bones Club, and Princeton's Ivy Club.
