Witch's Pond in Stafford, Virginia is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a woman named Edith, who was drowned by townsfolk during the 1700's for allegedly practicing witchcraft. Many also report encountering the woman's spirit at the nearby Brent Family Cemetery, or hearing the sounds of loud splashing and disembodied cries. In 1998 the skeletal remains of an unidentified woman wearing a pentagram ring were found at Witch's Pond, leading to urban legends and rumors that the location was used by a satanic cult to perform dark, occult rituals. Additional research for this allegedly haunted location is still in progress.

Aquia Episcopal Church in Stafford, Virginia was built in 1751, and added to the National Register Of Historic Places in 1969. According to legend, it is said to be haunted by the ghost of a beautiful, blonde-haired woman who was killed by a gang of highwaymen during the 1700's. Over the years, the woman's ghost has come to be referred to by the nickname, "Blonde Beth." Additional research for this allegedly haunted location is still in progress.
