Highfield Hall & Gardens
"The Beebe Family Mansion"

Coordinates: 41.557305°, -70.629143°
Location Address: 56 Highfield Drive, Falmouth, Massachusetts
Highfield Hall & Gardens in Falmouth, Massachusetts was constructed in 1878 as the Beebe family mansion. The mansion was abandoned during the late 1900's and fell into a state of disrepair, but was purchased by the town of Falmouth in 2001 and restored for use as a museum, art exhibit, and music venue. The location is said to be haunted by the spirit of the mansion's former owner, Mary Louisa Beebe, who died of stomach cancer on the 2nd floor in November of 1883. Her apparition is often seen by guests visiting Highfield Hall, as well as by passersby, who report witnessing a woman's silhouette in the windows late at night when the building is believed to be empty. One popular urban legend claims that a group of people all committed suicide together at Highfield Hall, however no historical evidence is currently available to verify these claims.

Old Village Green Inn
"The Lady In White"

Coordinates: PRIVATE PROPERTY
Location Address: PRIVATE PROPERTY, Falmouth, Massachusetts
Constructed in 1804 by the Dimmick family, the old Village Green Inn in Falmouth, Massachusetts was closed in 2003 and is now located on PRIVATE PROPERTY, and trespassers risk being arrested or prosecuted by law enforcement and/or property owners. The old house is said to be haunted by the spirit of several former members of the Dimmick family, whose apparitions are allegedly seen by residents and former guests at the inn. The most infamous spirit at the old Village Green Inn is that of a young woman named Sarah Dimmick, who passed away in March of 1823 at the age of 22. Her spirit is often seen by residents at the house wearing a white dress, and is commonly referred to as "The Lady in White."
