Flower Memorial Library

Built in 1903, Flower Memorial Library in Watertown, New York is said to be haunted by the spirit of a woman named Emma Flower, whose apparition is often seen by visitors. Employees who enter certain areas of the library also report feeling a strange presence, as if being watched by an unseen entity. Flower Memorial Library was added to the National Register of Historic Places in January of 1980.
