The Gold Brook Covered Bridge in Stowe, Vermont, commonly referred to as "Emily's Bridge," is said to be haunted by the ghost of a woman named Emily who committed suicide. According to legend, her ghostly figure is still seen by motorists hanging from the bridge's rafters where she took her life. Many also report witnessing strange glowing lights, and hearing the disembodied sounds of a woman's voice. Additional research for this allegedly haunted location is currently in progress.

The Green Mountain Inn

The Green Mountain Inn in Stowe, Vermont was built in 1833. It is said to be haunted by the ghost of a man named Boots Berry, who was born at the inn during the 1800's, and worked there for most of his life. He was given the nickname, "Boots," due to his love of tapdancing. Boots died in 1902 after falling from the inn's roof during a snowstorm, however his spectral figure is allegedly still seen and heard tapdancing by guests at night. Additional research for this allegedly haunted location is currently in progress.
