Ft. Davis National Historic Site
"Fort Davis"

Coordinates: 
Location Address: Fort Davis, Texas
Ft. Davis was built in 1854, and established as a national historic site in 1961. It is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a woman named Alice Walpole who was kidnapped by Native Americans while out gathering roses. According to legend, her ghostly figure is still seen walking throughout the old fort, accompanied by the unexplained scent of roses. "The Limpia Hotel"

The Hotel Limpia in Ft. Davis, Texas was built in 1912 by the Union Trading Company as a getaway for wealthy summer travelers. Shortly after its construction, part of the building was also used as a doctor's office and drug store. Guests staying overnight at the Hotel Limpia often report experiencing strange paranormal activity, such as faucets turning on and off by themselves, and unexplained disembodied sounds.
