Durant Apartments & Housing Complex
"The Hotel Durant"

Location Address: 607 E 2nd Avenue, Flint, Michigan
The Durant Housing Complex is an eight-story apartment building in Flint, Michigan. It was constructed by William Durant in 1919 as The Hotel Durant and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in March of 2009. The building's 6th floor is said to be haunted by the spirit of a man believed to be William Durant, who frequently spent time at the hotel until his death in March of 1947. His spectral figure was first spotted by guests staying at the Hotel Durant during the 1960's, with residents also claiming to hear the sounds of disembodied footsteps and other strange sounds in the hallways at night.

Flint Capitol Theatre
"The Capitol Theatre"

Location Address: 140 E 2nd Street, Flint, Michigan
The Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan was constructed in 1928 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in January of 1985. It was closed in 1996, and sat abandoned until December of 2017 when it was reopened for use as both a concert venue and cinema. Over the years moviegoers and theater employees have reported witnessing apparitions and shadow figures in the balcony area, as well as hearing the sounds of disembodied voices, moans, and other strange noises. Other employees present at night when the theater is closing report hearing the disembodied sounds of voices singing, and doors being slammed shut by an unseen entity. Additionally, bands and musicians performing at The Capitol Theatre often claim to experience unexplained electrical issues with instruments and other equipment. Although the identities of the spirits haunting The Capitol Theatre cannot be confirmed, historians in recent years have learned of a former employee who was killed after being hit by a stray bullet from a gunfight that happened on the street outside during the 1930's. Many paranormal enthusiasts now suspect this man may be one of the spirits haunting the location.

The Cornwall Building in Flint, Michigan was constructed in the mid-1800's as the Cornwall family home. The building is now used as a law office, and is said to be haunted by the spirits of several former residents and members of the Cornwall family. Employees working at the Cornwall Building report encountering the apparitions of men and women dressed in clothing from the late 1800's and early 1900's, and pedestrians passing by the old building late at night claim to witness silhouettes in the windows when the location is believed to be vacant. The Cornwall Building is sometimes also referred to as "The Milner House."

It is said to be haunted by the spirit of an unidentified man who is allegedly seen on the building's 3rd floor. Employees and security guards working at night often report witnessing the man's ghostly apparition, and hearing the sounds of heavy footsteps coming from the 3rd floor when the area is believed to be vacant.
